Returning as a 3 (three) Part launch, the New Balance unveils its latest set of their ultra-popular 550 model sneakers. This time around, featuring subtly collegiate basketball-inspired colorways, the BB550 series expands into three all-new colorways, once again upon a White leather/suede base.

Hot off the heels of the 'Navy' BB550WA1 release - the BB550WR1 drops in like lightning, sporting a simple and wearable White and Royal Purple colorway. Like 550's previous, the sneaker is constructed of a mixed leather upper, featuring perforated and smooth panels, topped with a suede toe-box surround. The thematic hits of Purple are seen throughout the low-cut shoe on the 550 and 'NB' branding, collar panel, heel guard, tongue, and outsole. Adding to the retro basketball aesthetic of the BB550 is a vintage-like yellowed midsole.
