The perfect sock yarn for your hand knitting project.

These lovely yarns are 75% superfine British alpaca blended with 25% nylon and designed to give you super soft wearing socks but with the strength required to give long lasting wear when worn with shoes.

Available in a 100g (3.5 ounce) skein as a 3/12Nm 4-Ply yarn giving 400m (437 yds) length per skein. 

For best results hand wash in lukewarm water and a specialist wool detergent. Hair conditioner in the final rinse will add extra softness.

When washing and rinsing squeeze the garment rather than rubbing. Gently squeeze out excess water before rolling in a towel. Re-shape and lay flat to dry.

Modern machines with a delicate wash cycle can also be used if item is placed inside a bag.

Select 20-30degC and spin at 400 rpm.
